the hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk to the old castle in the forest. the staff was very professional and competent, taking good care of everyone.

I had a very good experience here, everything was nice, the location was magnificent close to beautiful castle, a big park and picturesque river, and center of town parking area. Stayed in well decorated classic queen room with a shower and a bath. All the staff was extremely helpful and very professional, fixed my issues. The free parking was on site, very good service.

The hotel is pretty to look at, like a small castle on a small river island, surrounded by a small park. The rooms are quite large and in the classic style. The SPA area was unfortunately a bit disappointing. The breakfast was good, nothing special. Good parking situation.

SPA area is lean and a little carelessly designed. Only a pool, mini steam room and mini sauna. For the SPA you shouldn't book this hotel.

The breakfast was rich and very good. Our room was of a good size and clean. The swimming pool was clean and well tempered. From the hotel we could easily reach Strasbourg and other sights (eg on the "wine route").

The room in the attic is very small and was also very dark decorated. In the gourmet restaurant, the service should speak at least English.
